The manifold features precision CNC-machined intake runners manufactured from high-strength 6061-T6 aluminium, paired with an A356 cast aluminium plenum for excellent strength, durability, and airflow characteristics. Every component has been engineered to optimise performance while maintaining the quality and reliability expected from a Weldspeed product.
 
A key feature that sets our design apart is the integrated coolant return and bleed system. Unlike conventional intake manifolds that rely on external hoses, fittings, and collectors, our integrated system eliminates the need for complex plumbing, reducing installation time, cost, and potential leak points.
 
Many competing designs introduce restrictions within the coolant circuit through small-diameter hoses and aftermarket fittings, which can reduce coolant flow and contribute to unwanted temperature issues. Our solution maintains efficient coolant circulation through a dedicated internal channel beneath the runners, exiting through a front-mounted water neck featuring integrated M12x1.25 and M12x1.5 sensor ports.
 
Extensive development and testing went into the bleed system to ensure trapped air is effectively removed during installation, preventing air pockets and making the cooling system easier to fill and bleed.
A stainless-steel bleed rail diverts a controlled amount of coolant from the highest point of the manifold, ensuring a reliable and hassle-free installation.
 
Supplied complete with a billet anodised aluminium fuel rail, the manifold provides a premium, integrated solution designed specifically for high-performance RB26 applications, delivering a cleaner installation, improved cooling system reliability, and the confidence required for demanding RB26 applications.
